No flour brownie – absolutely DELICIOUS (glutenfree)
INGREDIENTS (12 brownies)
- 100 gr butter
- 200 gr dark chocolate (cut 100 gr in large chunks)
- 80 gr brown sugar
- 80 gr white sugar (for a healthier version you can use coconut sugar)
- 3 eggs (for a vegan version you can replace the eggs with 6tbsp of potato flour mixed with 6tbsp of water)
- 30-40 gr cocoa powder
- 40 gr coconut flour
Preheat oven to 175C
In a medium-sized saucepan on medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add half of the dark chocolate (100 gr). Stir until the mixture until combined then remove from heat.
Then add the sugars to the pot then mix until combined. Add the eggs then mix with a mixer 5 minutes.
Add the cocoa powder and coconut flour and mix it with a spoon until combined. Add the remaining dark chocolate in chunks then mix.
Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 17 x 25 cm baking pan then bake for 25 minutes.
